Health Happens is a weekend long social justice conference where 600 community leaders gather to discuss healthcare, housing, and education. The California Endowment wanted to transform a downtown Los Angeles hotel into a hub for conversation, learning, and group activism.

THE STORY
Chairigami created a cardboard village of cardboard coffee tables, arm chairs, and desks chairs that grounded the community in a no-frills, yet bold atmosphere with a clear dedication to a sustainable future. We created cardboard stages to host inspirational panels and cardboard lobbies and lounges to spark conversations and collaborations. Custom Health Happens Here logo printing made perfect backgrounds to inspire mass sharing on social media and broad community awareness.
